Any defective or incorrect product can be returned or exchanged within 7 days from the invoice date. The defective or incorrect product must be returned with all the original packaging materials, accessories, manuals, registration card, free of cost/bundled Items and promotional vouchers.
We will arrange to collect the item from the same address the order was delivered at. Once we receive the incorrect item, the refund/exchange will be processed within 7 business days, provided the product or its packaging is not damaged or scratched.
Defective product will be exchanged or refunded only after the investigation/technical report of the manufacturer’s authorized service center technician. The process can take 7-14 business days.
If the product returned, has any data or information stored in the memory or storage device, Marine Venture Trading LLC will not be responsible for the transfer of such data or information to another product given to the customer as an exchange, or for the loss of any data or information still residing on the returned product.
Service, delivery and installation charges are non-refundable once performed.
Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment.
