Order Status

Has my order shipped?

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped. You can also view the status of the order by clicking on view your order link in the Order Received email.

How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my order?

Kindly email us to edit your order. Please note that once an order has begun processing or has shipped, the order is no longer editable.

My order never arrived.

Check with the shipper with the tracking number provided in the shipping confirmation email to confirm that your packages were delivered.

When will my backorder arrive?

Backordered items are those which our suppliers are unable to predict when they will have more in stock, but as soon as they do, we will be able to ship the item to you.

Shipping

How many days does it take for the order to be delivered?

Order placed after 01:00 PM (UAE time) will be delivered next day in Dubai and after 1 day in other Emirates. However, delivery may be delayed in case of “stock on demand” items.

In the unlikely event of the product not available with the Supplier, MarineVentureStore.com reserves the right to cancel the order or suggest alternatives to the customer for a similar product. 

What are the shipping charges for delivery within the UAE?

We offer Free Delivery on all orders of AED 200 and above. For orders below AED 200, we charge a flat shipping rate of AED 20 for deliveries all over UAE. 

Do you deliver products outside the UAE?

No. Currently we do not deliver outside the UAE.

What are the Delivery Options available at the time of placing an order?

All products sold on www.MarineVentureStore.com are available for delivery. In store pickup is now available.

What happens if I am not at the delivery location to accept the order delivery?

The courier partner will contact you to re-schedule the delivery. However, after 2 unsuccessful attempts you order will be put on hold and we will send you an e-mail to reschedule the delivery and inform the applicable additional delivery charges.

Can I change my delivery address after placing the order?

Kindly email us your updated delivery address. Please note that once an order is shipped, changing the delivery address is no longer possible. 

Click & Collect

What is Click & Collect?

Customers can now order products from our website and collect then from our store by selecting “Click & Collect” as the shipping method.

Is there a charge for Click & Collect?

No, this service is free.

What time can I collect the order from the store?

We will e-mail/call you when your order is ready for collection.

In Stock” items can be collected same day(between 09:00 AM – 01:00 PM & 04:00 – 8:00 PM) from Saturday - Thursday.

Stock on demand” items can be collected after 2 days (between 09:00 AM – 01:00 PM & 04:00 – 8:00 PM) from Saturday – Thursday.

What do I need to bring when I come to collect my order from the store?

Please bring the order confirmation e-mail when you come into the store to collect your order. Please pay cash at the time of collecting the order if you selected “Cash on Collection.”

How long are the orders kept for instore collection?

For payments made online through Credit Card

We will keep your order in store for 7 calendar days after it is ready for collection. If the order is not collected within 7 days, we will assume it is unwanted and we will cancel the order and issue a refund to your original payment method.

For payment method selected as “Cash on Collection

We will keep your order in store for 2 calendar days after it is ready for collection. If the order is not collected within 2 days, we will assume it is unwanted and we will cancel the order.

We offer customers the following payment options:

Cash on Delivery

MarineVentureStore.com accepts payment through the Cash on Delivery (COD) option. Please select COD as the payment method during the Checkout Process.

Cash on Collection

Customers can pay cash at the time of collecting the order from our store.

Credit Card

We accept payments online using Visa and MasterCard credit/debit card in AED and USD.

Discount Codes

How and when will I receive the discount code?

We will e-mail you the discount code at your registered e-mail address, as soon the order is processed. You will receive separate discount codes if multiple products offering discount codes are purchased.

How do I redeem a discount code for my order?

Look for the “Discount” box at the time of checkout and enter the code you received by e-mail. Only one discount code can be used per order. Discount codes can't be applied after an order is placed.

What if I buy another product which offers discount code by redeeming an existing discount code?

You will receive a new discount code applicable for the product purchased even if you redeem an existing discount code.

Can I use my discount code for purchasing any product?

Yes, discount code can be used to purchase any product from our store.

What if the order value is less than the discount?

You will receive a discount on your purchase equal to the price of the discount voucher. However, please note that any remaining discount amount will not carry over to subsequent purchases.

When does my discount code expire?

Discount code is valid for 30 days from the date of issue.

Can I give the discount code to a friend?

No – the discount code is exclusively for you and it will not work for anyone else.
